Our fully-customized facility houses exam rooms, a diagnostic suite, pre-surgical area, and state-of-the-art surgical suite. Along with the traditional reception, records management, private office areas, facilities also include a continuing education library serving the advancement of animal eye care for the North Bay.

Sylvia Neumann, DVM, DACVO
"My passion for ophthalmology has continued throughout my career. I am so blessed to have found what I love to do. I love my patients and I love my clients. My staff and I all feel the same way about our business. We truly are a dream team to do all we can in the most caring way possible."
Dr. Neumann attended high school in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, matriculating to Colorado State University(CSU) in Ft. Collins, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in June, 1966.

- 1994 Diplomate in the American College of Veterinary Ophthalmologists
8 YEARS AS A GENERAL SMALL ANIMAL VETERINARIAN AND 30 YEARS AS A SPECIALIST IN VETERINARY OPHTHALMOLOGY.
Became partner, then founded her own practice.
- 1972-1976 She worked as a general small and large animal practitioner at the Santa Rosa Veterinary Hospital, Santa Rosa, CA
- 1976 Became partner then owner of the Santa Rosa Veterinary Hospital, Santa Rosa, California
- 1978 Sold the general practice
- 1978 - 1981 A residency at CSU in Veterinary Ophthalmology
Founded, Built and Sold Santa Rosa Animal Eye Center
- 1981 Founded the Santa Rosa Animal Eye Center
- 1990 Moved Santa Rosa Animal Eye Center to its own building on Cleveland Ave.
- Sold the Santa Rosa Animal Eye Center in 2002
Founded Relief Veterinary Opthalmology Practice "Jet Eye Relief Services" in 2003
- 2008 Traveled, teaching and substituting as a relief veterinary opthalmologist in various states including Ohio, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Washington, California and Ontario, Canada.
Came Home To Sonoma County, California
- 2009 Built a new state-of-the-art practice facility in Santa Rosa, CA 2010
- 2010 Re-launched eye practice in January at her new facility located at 4867 Old Redwood Highway, Santa Rosa, CA 95403 |

Vanessa Aumell
Veterinary Technician Assistant
Vanessa graduated high school from Casa Grande in Petaluma, Ca. She has extensive experience working as a veterinary technician assistant since 2006.
Her pets include; "Bonnie" & "Clyde" terrier mix, littermates. |

Lead Receptionist
Noel graduated from Cloverdale high school in Cloverdale, CA. She has always had a compassion for animals and began working in the veterinary field in 2006.
Her pets include; "Sierra" a fawn boxer & "Drummer" a red tri australian shepherd. |
