Our Referral Code of Honor and Conduct

We welcome the opportunity to serve referring veterinarians via telephone consultation or written report.

Our job is to make sure owners have the information and support they need to make the best informed treatment decisions for their beloved pet.

When primary care veterinarians refer a client and patient to us, they can be assured they will receive a written diagnosis, record of any tests performed, treatment plan and follow up documentation, including all owner, medication and visit frequency recommendations.

We want everyone involved to feel confident and comfortable in their role in treating each client and patient. Our aim is supporting the joint responsibility we all share in the ethical, professional and humane treatment of pets and respect for their owners.

How a Primary Care Veterinarian can Refer a Client and Patient to Us

Our referral form helps us both, quickly and efficiently gather the necessary information to be better prepared to see your client and patient. Also included, for your client, is a map and directions to our office for Santa Rosa and Larkspur in Marin.
